| Gurgaon at a Glance Once Gurgaon was merely know as one of the districts of Haryana State. Now the scenario has completely and Gurgaon is on the path of constant development, that is why it has been given many adjectives such as Millennium City, I.T Hub etc. Gurgaon has grown extensively during the last decade due to its proximity to Delhi and emergence as a major outsourcing destination and real estate market in northern India. - HSIDC’s Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon has good number of Industries that are of International repute. Maruti Udyog Ltd and Hero Honda hold top positions amongst all then there are many to follow e.g Ranbaxy, Atlas Cycles, Sona Steering etc.
- IMT Manesar has international recognition as the companies like HONDA, Motorola, Osram, Appolo Tyres, TCI, NHAT etc have already set up their units in Manesar and are operational.
- Real Estate Companies like DLF, Unitech, Ansals, Omaxe, Vipul, EMAAR MGF, etc are providing good, fully equipped Commercial Space in form Malls and Office Spaces which is why the companies are finding it easy to start up their operations in short duration. MGF Plaza, Sahara Mall, Mega mall, City Centre, Metropolitan Mall, Centrum plaza, JMD Regent Arcade and lately the Specialty mall - Gold Souk etc are the Malls in Gurgaon. - Good number of Hotels is coming up to meet the demand of this Millennium City. Five star Hotels like Bristol, The Trident, Crone Plaza etc are already operational.
Residential Options - In Gurgaon the main housing solutions are provided by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) which has developed whole of Gurgaon in 115 Sectors. Amongst which Sectors 1- 57 are completely planned whereas remaining Sectors are still under planning. HUDA has offered residential plots and society flats to general public.
- Private Colonizers like DLF, Unitech, Ansals, Omaxe, Vipul etc provide Residential Plots and flats in their various localities like DLF Phase 1-V, South City 1 & II, Palam Vikar, Sushant Lok I-III , Sun City, Malibu Towne etc.
- Old Colonies like Rajeev Nagar, Friends Colony, Patel Nagar etc also provide good number plots and homes at lesser rates.
